A&M Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to perform multiple tasks helping with daily operation.

Candidate must have a positive attitude, a friendly upbeat phone demeanor while working in a small office environment being a successful contributing member of our Team.

Daily duties includes:

· Organize office and assist Office Coordinator in ways that optimize procedures

· Handle incoming calls and other communications

· Record information as needed

· Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

· Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

· Maintain documents, and word processing.

· Manage filing system

· Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas

· Greeting clients and visitors as needed

· Assists in monitoring level of supplies and handle shortages

· Performing general office clerk duties and errands

· Multi lingual speaking not mandatory, but a plus

The position requires basic computer skills, good customer service, and we will teach you the rest!
Experience in Dispatch is a plus.
We are looking for someone responsible, honest, and willing to grow with our company.

Must be able to work Monday-Thursday 9:00am-1:00pm
This position is Part Time $16.00 p/h with the potential for advancement.
